Seed 4017579 is a savanna village seed for Minecraft Java 1.20.1 with a ruined portal in the middle of the village. The village is at 0, 66, 0 on a river, right where the savanna meets a dark forest. Houses with orange terracotta roofs sit on both sides of that line, and steep savanna hills topped with acacia trees rise to the west.

The portal's frame of obsidian and stone bricks is easy to see from every side.

How to get there

  1. Set up a release 1.20.1 installation in the Minecraft Launcher and start a world with seed 4017579.
  2. Choose Creative or enable cheats, then press F3 to display coordinates.
  3. Run /tp @s 0 100 0. The portal frame is just southeast of where you land, in the middle of the village.
  4. Follow the river north or south to find the rest of the houses, which sit on both banks.
