About this world

This seed puts a dappled forest and a cherry grove side by side on high meadow hills around y 120, close to 0, 0. Red, orange and yellow trees fill the slopes to the east, and pink cherry trees run through them in bands. Grass hills open up to the west, and jagged snowy mountains with blue ice rise to the north and south.

An ancient city lies deep under the hills about 145 blocks south of the cherry grove, at 16, -51, 160. About 135 blocks further south-southeast, a mountain ruined portal is buried inside a snowy peak at 64, 144, 288. Seeder lists this world on its Dappled Forest / Cherry Grove page.

How to get there

  1. In Java Edition 26.3, choose Create New World, open the World tab and enter seed -1844727049180781334, including the minus sign.
  2. Set Game Mode to Creative or turn Allow Cheats on, and press F3 to show your coordinates.
  3. Run /tp @s 6 155 14 to arrive above the cherry grove. The dappled forest point is at 46, 119, -26, just to the northeast.
  4. For the ancient city, run /tp @s 16 -51 160. It is underground, so bring torches or night vision in survival.
  5. For the ruined portal, run /tp @s 64 180 288 to arrive above the mountain, then dig down about 20 blocks to reach the buried portal at y 119 to 127.

Questions

How far is the ancient city from the cherry grove?

About 145 blocks south, at 16, -51, 160. The city is large: its north edge is at z 51, only about 40 blocks south of the cherry grove point, and it sits between y -52 and -22.

Why can't I see the ruined portal on the mountain?

It is a buried mountain portal. Its blocks sit between y 119 and 127 at 64, 288, while the snow surface above is at y 144. Dig down about 20 blocks to reach it.

Is the dappled forest right next to the cherry grove?

Yes. The two points are about 57 blocks apart, and the two biomes mix along a shared edge on the same hills.

Does this seed work on Bedrock or other Java versions?

We verified it only in Java 26.3. Bedrock and other Java versions may generate a different world from the same seed.
